Introduction
Hello everyone!,
Sometime back when my 3 year old daughter was using Google speakers to communicate to my son sitting in his room, it dawned on me the impact “Voice enabled services” might bring in.
This below blog is my opinion and vision of what all we could do with Voice enabled AI.

Future Vision
First and foremost is my sincere thanks for taking time to read my opinion on futuristic vision of emerging technology.
Already we are seeing emerging technologies like Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Conversational AI, or chatbots getting adopted industry-wide.
We are also seeing increased usage of Alexa, Google, and Siri, for voice-based assistance. These individual services solve problems as simple as answering basic customer inquiries to deriving deeper data insights.
The technology that I envision to play a larger role is “Voice-enabled AI Business Solutions”.
In the future, I believe the AI-based solutions and Voice services will converge resulting in business applications far-reaching in benefits, implications, and even beyond what we can now perceive has its usefulness. It’s like everyone is an Iron man and has J.A.R.V.I.S to augment them.
Business users in any industry can leverage AI solutions with their very own voice-based commands and instructions to obtain necessary business context-specific results and solutions.
For example, in the Financial Compliance sector, business users will be able to create sophisticated on-demand analytics, compare multidimensional peer and historic behavior of customers, track money movements visually, analyze complex & emerging patterns of fraud, and so on without human-technology team involvements thus enabling greater cost-savings, improving delivery time, enhancing user experience and increasing overall engagement.
In fact, operational & data-intensive works streams such as Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Regulatory Compliance, Audits, and any service that can be rendered via Contactless processing during the post-COVID times will become the early adopters of this convergence.
Inclusiveness will form a core feature of any product or solution development to reach a broader base. Thus, Multilingual voice-enabled solutions will be the new norm. It will open up Talent gateways of new bright non-English speaking or differently-abled minds who can now start producing business solutions and services using Voice Tech.
Similarly, Fintechs will start emerging to provide these voice-based services, APIs for cross-products integration, product-agnostic voice services like creating similar data visualization results using any underlying product such as tableau or qlik view or power BI.
A new era of how we perceive and expect services to be rendered will transcend.
